Description of Skills and Experience
Skyline Acres Swim and Tennis Club is a private swim and tennis club in Denver, Colorado that is accepting applications for its Club Manager.  The Club Manager oversees all operations, facilities, equipment and staff of Skyline Acres and is charged with providing a safe, positive environment for its members and guests. 

The following is a list of general skills and attributes that are needed in the Club Manager position:


  • Responsible for maintenance of grounds including three outdoor pools, six tennis courts, pavilion areas, and playground and open landscaped areas.
  • Organizational skills and management of staffing, payroll, and budget. 
  • Will oversee 15-30 seasonal employees.
  • Experience with training staff and proper delegation of duties to staff.
  • Working knowledge and experience with pool equipment operations and maintenance.
  • Certifications in CPR, First Aid, Water Quality.
  • Focus on safety of the members and guests.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and coordination with the members, staff, and the Skyline Board and its various committees.

Skyline Acres is a seasonal swim and tennis club.  The pool is open during the summer months and the tennis courts remain open to play year-round weather permitting. Compensation will be based on qualifications and experience.
