Synchronized swimming combines a unique combination of strength, endurance, and grace in the water. Fun and friendship are included! Skyline’s Synchro Team competes in a league of four summer synchro teams. Events include three figure meets, and a two-day state finals meet in which every team member competes with choreographed water routines that include music and costumes. Team members also perform in Skyline’s Annual Water Show!
Teams have two levels of competition – Novice and Intermediate. Novice swimmers include any first year swimmer and those ages 9 and under. Intermediate swimmers include everyone else! Practices are held Monday – Friday, from 3:00-4:30. The fee for joining synchro is $75.00. The Skyline synchro team is also open to non-members. The fee for non-members is $175. Additionally, swimmers are required to be members of USA Synchro. The fee for that membership is $45.00.
