Regulations for governing the use of the pool, tennis courts and grounds shall be under the control of the Operations Committee. Following are the general rules applicable to the use of the pools, courts and grounds.

1. All members must sign in, using name and membership number, at the gatehouse for admittance each time they enter the club.
   

2. Telephone calls may be made to members at the club at 303-757-1363. The Gatehouse Attendant will take the name and number of the caller and the member will be informed of the call via the public address system. The member may then return the call on the phone located in the pavilion. No outgoing calls will be permitted on the office or Gatehouse phone except in case of an emergency.
   

3. Dogs and other pets are not permitted on the club grounds at anytime including the winter tennis season.
   

4. Persons observed climbing over the perimeter fences of the club are subject to disciplinary action or expulsion. Members are requested to report any violations to the club Manager.
   

5. Skyline acres is a Non-Smoking facility. Please do not smoke anywhere on club grounds.
   

    

6. No eating in the pools or on the tennis courts.
   

7. No food or drink on the pool deck. PLEASE!
   

8. Glass containers will not be allowed in the club!
   

9. Place waste paper in provided receptacles.
   

10. The club is not responsible for loss or damage of personal property left in the clubhouse or on the club grounds.
    

11. Lost articles not claimed within 15 days will be donated to charity.
    

12. Special activities, which are declared a community project by the Operations Committee and approved by the Board of Directors, may take place throughout the season.
    

13. The Manager may, at his discretion, send a child home from the pool for disciplinary reasons.
    

14. Bicycles must be parked on the bike pad and should be locked. The club will not be responsible for theft.
    

15. The pool and picnic grounds will close at 7 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. The pool closes at 8:30 p.m. and the grounds close at 9 p.m. on Thursday and Sunday.

1. Band-Aids and bandages will not be allowed in the pool.
2. Divers shall swim clear of the diving area immediately upon completion of dives, and shall swim directly to the ladder.
3. Only one person at a time is allowed on the diving board and the slide.

1. Enforcement of the tennis policies and rules is the responsibility of the tennis pros and the Tennis Committee. Proper behavior and tennis etiquette is required.
2. Players must wear appropriate tennis clothes. Only smooth soled tennis shoes will be allowed. Swimsuits are prohibited, and shirts must be worn at all times.
