BYLAWS OF SKYLINE ACRES


ARTICLE I
Membership

(Revised January 1, 2009)

Section 1.1    Membership in Skyline Acres (the “Club”) shall consist of individuals or family units, within which membership there shall be the following subclasses:

(a) Regular;    (b) Associate;      (c) Special    (d) Manager/Staff

Section 1.2    Regular Members

Regular members shall consist of the husband and wife, or the head of the family unit. Unless the context indicates otherwise, the term “member” when used in these Bylaws shall refer to regular members. The right to vote and to hold office is restricted to regular members. Each family unit shall be entitled to only one vote.
