Position Type: Part-time, 15-20 hours per week. Private lessons upon request $50-75/hr depending on experience.

Job Title: Tennis Professional
Location: Skyline Swim and Tennis Club
Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Tennis Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tennis and a strong desire to help players of all levels improve their skills and enjoy the game. This is a seasonal full-time position or part time position with competitive compensation.
Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality tennis instruction to players of all ages and skill levels, including private lessons, group clinics, and team practices.

Develop and implement lesson plans and training programs that are tailored to the needs and goals of each individual player.

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with all players and staff members, and promote a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Assist with organizing and running tournaments, events, and other activities to promote tennis and engage the community.

Help maintain the tennis facilities and equipment, including cleaning, organizing, and repairing as needed.

Teach lessons to adults and juniors ages 4-80.
Qualifications:

Competitive playing experience.

1-2+ years of teaching experience in a tennis club or similar setting.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Passion for tennis and a commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.

Swim Opportunities - Apply Today
Job Title: Head Synchro Coach
Location: Skyline Swim and Tennis Club
The Head Coach leads our summer synchronized swimming program for participants ages 6–19, fostering a positive and supportive environment for athletes of all skill levels. Responsibilities include planning and running practices, choreographing routines, selecting music, operating audio equipment (including underwater speakers), and teaching technique. The Head Coach manages all home synchronized swimming meets and coordinates with RMSSL to ensure the club fulfills Skyline’s duties to the league. Additional duties include delegating supporting roles to assistant coaches and parent volunteers (such as makeup and costume selections), overseeing assistant coaches, communicating with parents and club management, and ensuring the program reflects the club’s values of teamwork, fitness, and fun. Strong leadership, prior coaching and competitive synchro experience, and enthusiasm for youth development are essential.

Job Title: Assistant Synchro Coach
Location: Skyline Swim and Tennis Club
Description:
The Assistant Coaches support the Head Coach in leading our synchronized swimming program for participants ages 6–19. Responsibilities include assisting with practices, helping teach technique and choreography, and providing individual attention to swimmers. Assistant Coaches also help with music and audio equipment, and support event preparation such as makeup, costumes, and meet-day logistics. This role is hands-on in the water to ensure swimmers feel engaged, safe, and motivated. Additional duties include setup, supervision during events, and supporting communication with families as needed. Previous synchronized swimming, coaching, or aquatics experience is preferred, along with strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
