MEMBERSHIP
Skyline Acres Swim and Tennis Club has 375 member families. New members are invited to join as current members resign. At this time, there is a 3–5 year waiting list for applicants.
To add your name to the membership wait list, please mail the completed application form with a check for the $250 application fee to our accounting team at the address below. You will receive a confirmation email from accounting when they process your application and add your family to the waitlist. Please reach out to the membership team if you do not receive confirmation within a month of mailing your application. Do not drop off applications at Skyline, as they may be lost.

DUES AND FEES
New Skyline members must pay a one-time initiation fee, payable in two equal installments over your first two years of membership, in addition to the Club’s annual dues. Skyline’s Board of Directors establishes the initiation fees and dues each year as they develop the Club’s operating and capital budgets. Both the initiation fees and annual dues typically increase each year as the costs of operating, maintaining, and improving the Club increases. The initiation fee you must pay as a new member will be set in the year you join, not the year you are added to the waitlist. For 2026, the initiation fee is $10,500 and the annual dues are $1,685.
