Enforcement of the tennis policies and rules is the responsibility of the tennis pros and the Tennis Committee. Proper behavior and tennis etiquette is required.
Players must wear appropriate tennis clothes. Only smooth soled tennis shoes will be allowed. Swimsuits are prohibited, and shirts must be worn at all times. Absolutely no barefeet, sandals or hard-soled shoes allowed on courts
The courts and bangboard area are of laycold construction. Laycold has an asphalt base and during warm weather, becomes soft. Never take to the tennis courts any items that would tend to damage the surface.
Court reservations may be made by phone or at the gatehouse. Reservations expire 10 minutes after reserved start-time. Walk-on is permitted if open courts are available, but sign-up at the gatehouse. If all courts are filled and people are waiting, please restrict play to your reserved length of time.
No Play on courts 4, 5, and 6 is permitted before 8 a.m. Please respect the peace if playing on courts 1, 2, and 3 prior to 8 a.m.
Club guest fees apply to members’ tennis guests.
The ball machine can be reserved for Courts 4, 5 & 6 between 9 a.m. & 6 p.m. daily. Reservations must be made by phone or at the gatehouse. No persons under the age of 16 will be allowed to use the ball machine unless supervised by an adult. Any person using the ball machine must be checked out on machine operation by one of the tennis pros.
Bangboard tennis practice wall: Age 6 and up. Please, no bangboard use during adult interclub or junior matches.
Children not playing tennis are not permitted on the tennis courts and should not be left unattended in the tennis area.
Players using the courts after 7:00 p.m. may need to use a tennis gate key to unlock the tennis gate and lavatories.
