What is Synchronized Swimming?

Synchronized swimming is a form of swimming that combines dance and gymnastic moves which are synchronized to music. This Olympic Sport can be done alone (solo) or in groups (duet, trio, team, etc.) in sync with music. It requires strength, timing, endurance, grace and the love of being in and under water.

How does the Synchronized Swim Team compete?

There are typically 3 Figures Meets preceding the 4th and final State Meet which includes figures and routines. There are 4 clubs in Colorado that compete in the Rocky Mountain Summer Synchro League: Skyline, Virgina Vale, Crestmoor and Fort Collins Synchro.
